Travelling is a feat in itself.
After navigating a busy airport and dragging your luggages through unfamiliar streets, the last thing an exhausted traveller needs is more anxiety over accessing their holiday home and having limited options during their stay.
At Kinture, our values are different. Yes, we do need some profit, but we do not want to exploit the traveller’s most vulnerable situation - their holiday home.

Keeping our homes clean is non-negotiable. Creation of a safe and functional home is key to making every stay more enjoyable. We understand that a traveller’s time is valuable. We strive to provide quick responses and share knowledge where needed.
We are passionate about Smart Automated Homes and Sustainability, because we have seen firsthand how it effectively reduces waste and reduces overall cost of running the home. The products in our holiday homes have been personally tested and selected. They are either biodegradable or compostable. We avoid single-use products as much as we possibly can. Sometimes, we are limited by what products exist on the market. The reduction of running costs helps us to add more complimentary perks into your nightly rates, without charging you more.
We believe travelling feels easier when there is someone local looking out for the traveller, just in case…
Meet the Team
Our Story
We come from a completely different industry - working in Pathology. Many years ago, we were fortunate enough to partake in the construction of our own home.
We met many experienced tradespeople and professionals who taught us along the way. Despite the steep learning curve, we felt fulfilled and deeply enjoyed this experience.
Between our jobs and the desire to learn more, we decided to invest our time in creating a long-term leasing portfolio.
Research helped us purchase strategic locations. We then renovated thoughtfully and cleaned each home fastidiously afterwards, before leasing them out.
Once the pandemic subsided, we took time out to travel abroad to learn about the world. When we returned, we decided to expand our portfolio toward tourist accommodations.
During our travels, we encountered many challenges and lessons from which have now moulded the creation of our business model and its values.
