Q: What time is Check-in and Check-out?
A: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and Check-out is by 10:00 AM. This allows our professional cleaning team time to ensure the apartment is 5-star ready for the next guest.
Q: How do I access the Level 9 Pool and Gym?
A: Your guest security fob provides full access to the Level 9 Aspire Club. Please ensure you have your fob with you at all times to move between the lobby, your floor, and the amenities level.
Q: Is there parking available?
A: While this luxury unit does not include an on-site car park, we are perfectly positioned for public transport (8-min walk to Southern Cross Station). For guests arriving by car, we recommend these two nearby secure parking heights:
Flagstaff Car Park (535 Little Lonsdale St): Located just around the corner. Great for daily rates and very easy access to the building.
First Parking (300 La Trobe St): A high-security facility located 3 minutes away.
Pro Tip: We recommend booking your spot online in advance via their websites to secure the "Early Bird" or "Weekend" discount rates, which are significantly cheaper than drive-up prices.
House Rules & Resident Etiquette
To ensure a 5-star experience for all guests and residents of Aspire Melbourne, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following rules:
Strict No Smoking Policy: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Aspire is a strictly smoke-free building. Violations will trigger sensitive smoke and fire alarms and result in heavy fines from the OC.
No Parties or Events: This is a residential building. We have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud music, or gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Level 9 Amenities: Access to the Pool, Gym, and Spa is a privilege. Please dry off before leaving the pool area and use a towel in the gym. Guests must follow all posted building safety signs.
Respect Our Neighbours: Please be mindful of noise levels in the hallways. Always close your door as gently as possible. Your neighbours are permanent residents.
Cooking: When disposing of cooking oil, we strongly advise that the oil be wiped off the utensils using the paper towels provided. You may dispose the soiled paper towels into the pull-out rubbish bin provided in the cabinet beneath the sink. This action will prevent the sink pipes from blockage and bad odours.
Dishwasher use: Please wipe off oils and remove all food remnants from plates and cups before placing them into the dishwasher. It will prevent blockages inside the dishwasher that may cause water leakages.
Check-out Time: Please respect the 10:00 AM check-out so our cleaning team can prepare the home for the next guest.
Note: Failure to comply with these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay without a refund. Any OC fines incurred as a result of rule-breaking during your stay, will be charged to your credit card.
Easy Waste Disposal
For your convenience, the Garbage Chute Room is located directly opposite the apartment entrance.
General Waste: Please ensure all bags are securely tied before placing them in the chute.
Frequent disposals will keep the waste bags small and ensure no blockages occur.Recycling: Please follow the building’s signage within the chute room to separate your rubbish.
Large Items: If you have oversized items that do not fit in the chute, please contact us for disposal instructions (to avoid blocking the chute for other residents).
